Envisage allows you to easily target specific patient groups with highly relevant messages, for example, maternity messages to young mothers during a baby clinic or smoking related messages during a smoking cessation clinic. The Envisage Media Scheduler allows your surgery to choose which health information is shown at what time of the day or week.

Surgery Information

Vital information for your patients can also be displayed using the Envisage system. Surgery specific information can also be provided, giving details of staff members and services provided by the practice. (Repeat prescriptions, Home Visits, Surgery Hours etc...)

Envisage Media Pack

Envisage is supplied with a vast selection of pre-recorded media. This includes topical health messages (e.g. the dangers of smoking, healthy eating recommendations) through to useful practice messages (e.g. please turn off your mobile phone, flu inoculations available now). The system is easily configured to your exact needs and timings via the ‘Media Scheduler'.

Updated media is simply downloaded via the Envisage Media website www.envisage-media.info
This website is continuously updated with fresh and relevant media and is simply selected and downloaded when you want to improve your Envisage content.

You can create your own Envisage media using Microsoft PowerPoint. Your own personal messages can quickly and easily be added and amended.
